International Manufacturing Business

The Challenge:

• A large international manufacturing business had acquired a number of businesses which were being integrated into the purchaser.

What we did:

• Reviewed the business occupation across five sites in the Midlands, which were a mix of both freehold and leasehold interests
• Worked alongside the integration and operational team to identify potential space saving and operational consolidation

The Benefits:

• One of the five sites identified as being excess to requirements.
• Freehold site owned by the business was released for development
• Project managed the outline residential planning application, which dramatically increased the sites disposal value.
