• Supported the IT department  view regarding migrating to the cloud platform within  an agreed target date
• Negotiated reduced terms ensuring 1 environment has sufficient resilience whilst the migration takes place.
• Placed the client into a contract which can be re-negotiated in 9 months with a downsize movement cost plan  creating further savings
